● Returns Policy

The Purchaser has the right to withdraw any order within 24 hours from the day of purchase. This right does not apply to packages that have been opened, or to the lens construction (in case of special order for specific power), except if the goods are damaged or defective.

We will issue a full refund or replacement of goods in case prescription contact lenses are supplied to the wrong specification as per your prescription.

We cannot replace the lens or issue a refund if you do not like the color or the powers you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes or in case you have already opened blister. We recommend that you consult with your Eye Care professional BEFORE ordering from our store.

We can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective which is claimed within 7days from the day of purchase. If Purchaser does not report defection within 7days after purchase at the offline store or after receipt of shipment of online order, exchange/refund is not possible at any reason.

Refunds will be limited to the maximum value of the original order and will only be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied to pay for the goods. We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original quantity of contact lenses or optical products is returned, or if it is clear that some of the products have been used.

In case of complimentarily offered lens are defective, they will be exchanged according to specific condition only which was applied at the issuance of complimentary lens and will not be return in cash at any reason.

In case you receive factory defective lenses, we will exchange them free of charge. Defective contact lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same lens model, color and prescription.

In such a case, you should proceed as follows:

1.Contact us within 7 days from the receipt of your shipment by logging into your account.

2.Include the complete packaging of your shipment (package and two packed lens)

3.In case blisters were opened, place the lenses in the lens case with the contact lens solution and send back with the box and any unopened blisters

4.Please note that any defective lenses must be returned before we can exchange them

2.Bring the complete packaging of purchase (package and two packed lens)

3.In case blisters were opened, place the lenses in the lens case with the contact lens solution and bring them to the shop with the package and any unopened blisters.

4.Please note that any defective lenses must be returned before we can exchange them Insured shipments damaged by the Carrier are not subject to refund. We recommend that you do not accept deliveries which are obviously damaged.


The costs of returning the goods to us will be paid by the Purchaser. The purchaser agrees and accept this policy.


● Cancellation Policy

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified our payment processor’s credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

We will seek authorization on your Card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc.

Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Payment Processor, will not be captured / charged.

If however the same is charged to your card / bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner. reserves the right to capture / charge your card to the full or partial authorized amount for the concerned order.
